‘Printemps’ Step into spring! This was a delightful afternoon of French and Italian Romantic songs, accompanied by Caroline Soresby and solo pianist Anthony Elward.
I was singing some beautiful pieces by Cesar Franck and Anthony played some lovely Ravel and Chopin.
The venue of the concert was Burgh House and Hampstead Museum, it is a sublime venue in North London. I chose the lovely music room to perform in for its beautiful warm acoustics due to the wonderful floor to ceiling wood panelling.
