I was honoured to be invited to sing at the Marie Curie Charity Event at the Guards Polo Club in Great Windsor. I had donated my Opera Show and I was very proud & delighted that it raised £500.00 for the charity. The bidding process was fun and I even got up close with the auctioneer to get the very best price!
The Marie Curie Charity is an amazing charity and they do such difficult work throughout the country. They are very close to my heart as they looked after my Grandmother through her final days at home and helped us tremendously as a family.
Apart from the auction and dinner the best thing for me about the day was getting to meet the horses and watch a polo match; super intense and very exciting!
